College Advising
Our college advising supports students, and families, to identify, apply to, and transition to rigorous, right-fit college choices. We support the success of both and whatever is necessary to encourage the completion of goals. We are available as well to our students and families as they go off to college and as needed for additional support during the college years, through to graduation.
We use our comprehensive 12-step planning process, called "The Voyage." It takes families on a journey through the processes of identifying meaningful majors and college lists, completing effective applications, and transitioning to the first days of class.
Our approach and materials are proven successful and provide top-notch value. The experience of working with thousands of students and families has assisted in the shaping of our 6-manual process.
Our value is tremendous. How many expenses in the average lifetime include a price tag of $200,000? Besides the home, there are not many. Costs of many colleges are at or above $50,000 a year. For a relatively small investment, we believe finding the right college, hopefully the first time out, is essential. We aim to help families to accomplish their goals at reduced time, energy, and monetary costs.
ADHD Coaching
We support clients to succeed in their lives, at home, in school, work and on the playing field.
Who work with adults, children, families, and organizations, helping them to achieve their meaningful goals.
We use a 5-step process called the QuestVersation Model (designed by the ADD Coaching Academy). It is designed to learn about the client and the clients needs, to witness the client and their language, to filter non-serving thoughts and beliefs, activate effective plans, and establish pictures of success.

necessary to succeed, design meaningful and effective action plans, and attain levels of success often beyond what they dreamed they could.
In general what is ADHD coaching? Coaching is a collaborative and ongoing partnership between coach and client that leads to the client's consciously choosing focused meaningful actions for a rewarding life. The client creates and brings the agenda, desired outcomes, and a readiness and willingness to act. The coach provides unconditional acceptance and an appreciation for client uniqueness, strengths, capabilities, and wholeness.
As a result clients often feel enormous senses of relief and say "it all makes sense now..." Clients become clear of: why things have seemed so different for them in their lives, who they are, what they are meant to do, what they are capable of, and how to accomplish their life's goals. They are much gentler with themselves as a result.
Career Planning
Career planning clients identify best-fit jobs, careers, and work-based settings; then clients follow a five-step process we call, "The Goal Keeper." First, we learn from previous career and life assessments, clarifying personal values, styles, goals, and passions. Then, the individual's profile is matched with ideal work and life options. Resources and research are used to create best-fit career choices and action plans.
Our clients sense comfort in knowing clearly what is most important to them in their lives and work. They gather firm directions and realistic action plans. They gain excitement, success and, usually, the financial reward commonly found with a fulfilling career.
